Processing and Shipping Policy

  • Please allow up to four business days for order processing. 
  • An order confirmation email be sent when orders are finished processing
  • Shipping in the US is always free
  • All items are shipped ground via USPS or UPS.
  • International orders and items marked ‘BULK’ pay the live shipping rate based on USPS or UPS online calculators, as well as shipping insurance. These costs will be reflected in the order confirmation email. 
  • Exchanges only
  • If seeking an exchange, you only pay to return the package. 
  • If seeking an exchange on international orders or ‘BULK’ items, you are responsible for all shipping charges and insurance. 
  • Currently Christeen Street Studios does not offer expedited shipping. However, if you need a faster shipping method please feel free to contact us before purchasing so we can better discuss different shipping options.  

Item Received Damaged

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please take photos, and send us an email with the photos attached, and the subject titled ‘Damaged During Shipping’. 

Since every shipping experience is different, we resolve ‘damaged during shipping’ claims on a case-by-case basis. However, to make a claim of an item damaged during shipping you must provide photos. These photos will be reviewed, and someone will contact you within four business days. Together we will work on what is the best way to resolve this issue. In these circumstances resolutions may include, but are not limited to; a totally free exchange or a full refund when shipping insurance has been processed and received.

  • Please note: Although we do everything possible to avoid these situations, we reserve the right to deny any damaged during shipping claim. So please make sure photos are true and correctly display the damaged caused during shipping.
